Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free plan
The Solo plan is free. There is nothing to refund or cancel. You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
Cancelling a paid subscription
You can cancel your Studio or Studio Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page in your Studiostock account. You can choose:
- Cancel at cycle end— you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
- Cancel now— your subscription ends immediately and your account is downgraded to the free Solo plan. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current cycle.
Refunds
As a general rule, Studiostock does not offer refunds for partial months or years of service that have already been delivered. This is standard for digital subscription products and is what allows us to keep the pricing as low as it is.
We will, however, issue a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charge: if you were charged twice for the same billing cycle or if a payment went through due to a clear technical error on our or Razorpay's side, we will refund the duplicate amount in full within 7 business days of confirming the error.
- Service outage: if the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side, we will on request issue a pro-rated credit or refund for the days affected.
- Within 7 days of first paid subscription: if you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and decide it's not for you within 7 calendar days, email billing@studiostock.in and we will refund the first payment in full, provided you have not exceeded the free plan's storage and event limits. This applies only to a customer's first ever paid subscription on an account.
How to request a refund
Email billing@studiostock.in from the email address on your Studiostock account with:
- The Razorpay payment ID or invoice number;
- The reason for the refund;
- Any supporting screenshots or context.
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect on your statement.
What happens to your data after cancellation
If you simply downgrade to Solo, your data stays in your account. You'll need to stay within the Solo plan limits (3 active events, 150 photos per event, 1 GB storage) or archive older events to fit.
If you fully delete your account, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Disputes
If you have an issue we couldn't resolve, you may contact your card issuer to raise a chargeback through Razorpay. We aim to handle every dispute fairly — please email us first; chargebacks are slow and costly for everyone.
