Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and M/s STUDIOSTOCK, a sole proprietorship operated by Sarita Devi (GSTIN 10BUWPD7574H1ZC), having its principal place of business at Biharsharif, Nalanda, Bihar - 803101, India ("Studiostock", "we", "us") governing your use of www.studiostock.in and the Studiostockapplication (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Keep your password secret and notify us immediately at hello@studiostock.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.

You retain all rights to the photographs and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely to the extent necessary to operate the Service for you (e.g. delivering photos to clients via share links you create).

You are responsible for having the rights to upload Your Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party right.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content, including CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that infringes another person's rights;
• Reverse engineer, attack, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications, malware, or phishing material;
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the violation was willful or repeated.

• The Solo plan is free. The Studio and Studio Pro plans are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We do not store your card or UPI details. By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• GST: 18% Goods & Services Tax applies to Indian customers and is added at checkout. Tax invoices are issued by us (GSTIN 10BUWPD7574H1ZC) through Razorpay and emailed after each successful charge.
• Cancellation: you may cancel any time from your Billing page. The plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: see our Refund Policy.
• Price changes: we may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. New prices take effect on your next billing cycle.
• Failed payments: if a recurring charge fails, Razorpay will retry per its rules. We may suspend access if the balance remains unpaid after 14 days.

Each plan ships with a storage and usage allowance described on the pricing page. We'll notify you when you approach a limit. If you exceed your allowance for an extended period, we may ask you to upgrade or remove content to fit your plan.

We aim to keep the Service available 24x7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform planned maintenance with advance notice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You can terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@studiostock.in. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your access ceases and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studiostock's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, goodwill, or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold Studiostock harmless from any third-party claims, damages, or costs arising out of Your Content or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Patna, Bihar.

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with a revised effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
