Shipping & Delivery Policy

Studiostock is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered entirely over the internet. There is no physical product, and there is therefore no postal, courier, or freight shipping involved.

• Free Solo plan: access is granted instantly when you sign up at www.studiostock.in/sign-up.
• Studio & Studio Pro plans: access is granted within a few seconds of your payment authorization being successfully completed through Razorpay. In the rare event the confirmation webhook is delayed, your subscription will activate automatically as soon as the webhook is received — usually within 1–2 minutes, occasionally up to 10 minutes.

You can monitor activation status from the Billing page inside your account.

Tax invoices for paid subscriptions are emailed to the email address on your account immediately after each successful charge. Invoices are issued by M/s STUDIOSTOCK (GSTIN 10BUWPD7574H1ZC). You can also view past invoices in the Billing section of your account.

If your payment was deducted but your plan has not activated within 15 minutes:

• Check the Billing page — if it shows “Awaiting payment”, use the “Complete payment” link to finish the Razorpay flow.
• If the page already shows the new plan as Active, refresh once.
• Otherwise, email billing@studiostock.in with your Razorpay payment ID and we will resolve it manually (typically within a few hours during business hours).
